Hi, I’m Amanda! I work with organizations to support them in planning, launching and scaling social impact programming. My passion for community programs started when I was a young intern at a women’s drop in centre. I quickly fell in love with the sense of belonging that was created in programming and the tangible support provided to women in difficult situations. This experience inspired me to study social work and has led me to a career in planning and delivering social programming for many diverse populations.
If you’re here, it’s because you deeply care about the communities you serve. You are an expert in what your community needs. I know you work exceptionally hard and want to see big changes in the world. I’m here to support you in working towards those changes.
I’ve had the honour to work with many communities and provide life-altering social programming. I understand what it takes to build meaningful connections, design impactful programs, and navigate complex systems. With extensive experience in program coordination and planning, stakeholder engagement, and front-line community support, I can help you take your program vision and translate it into concrete steps to bring it to reality.

Drawing from real-world experience
Before launching my consulting practice, I applied my Bachelor of Social Work in a variety of organizations across sectors—municipal government, education, and nonprofits. In these roles, I built a strong foundation in understanding systems, coordinating planning efforts, and supporting collaborative team environments.
Some of the organizations I’ve worked with include:
The City of Ottawa
The Good Companions Seniors’ Centre
Empower’em
Root in Nature
The University of Manitoba
The Alzheimer’s Society of Kenora/Rainy River District
Newcomers Employment & Education Development Services
Winnipeg Regional Health Authority
